This was my first time ever in paris-

I stayed at the hotel 15th-17th may 2014, it is in a great location (5min walk from the train station which we got from the airport-10min from the Eiffel Tower) it is a small hotel, but who cares your not really in there a whole lot, it's clean and in a great location! There is also a hotel cat who is gorgeous, she's so cute and friendly. There were a couple of Americans in the hotel, so you no it's a great hotel as Americans have really high standards.

To the right of the hotel is a subway restaurant and 2 fab restaurants to the left of the hotel, we ate in both restaurants and they were both nice and not to expensive, think approx €60 for 2 meals and drink.

When u get to the Eiffel Tower walk over the road, down the steps and make sure u book the batobus, it's €16 for one day use or €18 for two day use, you can use until 9.30pm, you get on the boat from the Eiffel Tower and can hop on and off to 8 different locations so you can go and see all the amazing sights of paris.

You also need to go to the bridge of padlocks, buy a padlock either off the men on the bridge or from a local shop, wright your name and date on the lock, attach it to the bridge along with all the other thousands of locks and throw the key in the river, so romantic!

Please be aware of lucky lucky men (that's what I call them) they sell gifts, they are on every street on your way to the Eiffel Tower and outside the hotel, but don't worry just say no and their okay.

If you are thinking of getting the train, let me know and I will be able to tell you how to get from the airport to the Eiffel Tower, it's cheaper than a taxi it was only €10 each.

Loved this beautiful quirky little hotel. Very smart and clean including the rooms. Staff extremely polite and helpful. Walking distance from Eiffel Tower and only short taxi journeys from other tourist attractions. Would definitely recommend.

What a great little gem. Like many hotels in Europe, it has charm and has all amenities we'd need for visiting the city.Rooms are very clean, albeit smallish like most hotels in Europe. We had triple room, with a sofa bed for the third person. Desk staff is super friendly and helpful. They can answer many of Two blocks to Eiffel Tower. We were able to return in the evening for a second visit and see the city lights from the top. The tower is still busy, but not as busy as during the day. A metro station is literally across the street. A few typical French 'bistro' type restaurants on the same block, a grocery store less than 5min. walk. And if one is in need familiar taste of home, a Subway is a stone's throw from the hotel. We had a room inside vs. street side. What we lacked in privacy (windows faces each other) we made up in quietness. We had the window coverings to give us privacy. We were out of our room most of the day, that it was a non issue for us. They have a buffet breakfast (16euros) if you like to eat at hotel. We preferred a light (walk and eat) breakfast of crepe and coffee from the corner eatery for about 7euros. We split our stay at this hotel with a visit to Normandy, and returned to end of visit to Paris. Instead of taking all of our suitcases on the train, we took our small bags only and they kept our larger suitcases for safe keeping. Highly recommend this gem, and will gladly stay there again when we make a return visit to the city.

We absolutely loved this hotel - clean, comfortable, and great location! We have no complaints. It was the perfect place for our stay in Paris. A simple walk around the corner brings you to the Eiffel Tower! We would stay here again if we are fortunate enough to return to Paris someday!

You couldn't ask for a better location, Eiffel Tower is a minute walk away round the corner and a metro stop is right outside which can take you anywhere you need to go in Paris. We went for a weekend away and couldn't have asked for a better stay, the rooms are small but most boutique hotels in Paris are like this! They are a perfectly good enough size for 2 people to stay in. Overall this hotel made our stay that extra bit perfect, we will definitely be going back!

One of the hotels with best location in its area. Mercure and Pullman are just around the corner with the view of the Eiffel Tower as well but Eiffel Seine has the train station in front of it. You couldn't ask for a better location. With the train, you can get wherever you want to. It's very convenient. A convenience store is also a few minutes walk from it. Cafes are also available down the street. The have free (and fast) wifi, a computer you can use to check in for your flight.

Rooms are small. One of the smallest I've been on. If there are 3 or 4 of you, I assure you, you won't fit. 2 huge luggages could barely fit into the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

They'll offer you a shuttle going to the airport (36 euros for 2 persons). What they forgot to mention was the fact that you won't be the only ones in the shuttle. You'll share it with other people. Meaning, you kinda have to go around Paris fetching those people up and go to the airport together, which took about 30 minutes. If we would've known that we were sharing the shuttle, we should've left a little earlier. Hey, 30 minutes is 30 minutes. your plane won't be waiting. So, please be noted.

Hot water. Ahhh... Hot water. Something was "broken" when we first got into the hotel. They didn't have hot water from 7AM til night time. My brain was freezing. I didn't know it at first so I called reception to find out what's happening. He then offered us breakfast because of this inconvenience. (I would take hot water anyday rather than have free breakfast.) So there you go. If you don't have hot water, complain - so you'll save 16 euros for their buffet breakfast (which wasn't that fancy).

P.S. They have a hotel cat. I hate cats.
