I stayed here for a work trip and considering it was 215 euros PER NIGHT was expecting something special!! (we booked the hotel as the event we were working was taking place there too)
I was expecting a lot more than what I got - my room on the 16th floor, although a decent size, was tired with dated decor. There was no tea and coffee facilities provided (I have seen earlier Tripadvisor comments saying this is due to safety which I don't understand as every other hotel I have ever stayed in - including budget ones - manage to offer them!)
There was also a very poor selection of english TV channels and the free toiletries weren't great - again not normally a problem but for the price we paid I expected better.
We didn't eat in the hotel as the prices were again extortionate, a cocktail in the top floor bar was like 25 euros! The breakfast was reasonable but again nothing special for the price paid.
Overall the location is good and the staff friendly and helpful. However I don't believe they should be charging the prices they are until the whole hotel has been renovated and they can offer the level of service that price should buy.More
