Small hotel, small rooms but anyway GOOD price perfomance! No luxury just the neccesery stuff. We had two different rooms, one double and one double + 1.
Slept well and the breakfast was pretty standard. If you want a plain but better than average room, THIS is spot on.

This hotel is at the heart of tourist attractions. There is an antique market outside the hotel (on the street level) on both Saturday and Sunday when I was there. Lots of nice French stores like the kooples, Sandro are close to the hotel. Shopping mall like fnac and close to Arc de triomphe.

My friend and I booked a double room, the bed is nice, and room is spacious. I am satisfied with the room I had, which is facing this quiet small street.

The only downside is that there is no room to store your luggages before check in or after check out, you have to store them on the 1st floor in open space.

However, the door to the hotel is locked and you have to ring the bell for the receptionist to open it. the reception is open 24/7, so it is secure enough in a nice area.

Found a good deal on booking.com (with discount), so I will definitely go back again!

I have been here with my family. It was a nice hotel and the staff was really pleasant. The rooms were not too big but they were well designed. I suggest you to spend here some time also because it is really near to the city center. Anyway remember that like all the hotel of Paris the price are usually pretty high.

A comfortable hotel in the heart of city. Arc de Triomphe and Champ Elysees all in walking distance. If you go by car, it can be a problem to find parking. There is an underground parking nearby but too expensive.
Breakfast was better than expected compared to its price. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
For this price, I don't think there is a better one in the same location. Good value for the price.

I would like to give this hotel a good rating because it does have some good features. But, really, it is just very uncomfortable to stay there and the hotel's website is not as accurate as it could be.

We travelled with our adult daughter so we booked the 'Triple Room'. The website described this as 'The Triple rooms lead out to quiet and peaceful patios. Offering extra storage space and a bath, they are ideal for friends or families on a shopping trip to Paris.' There was no patio and no bath - just a very small room with a double and a single bed. It was extremely uncomfortable. When we asked, the receptionist said the English version of the website was wrong but offered nothing else.

There was no plug in the basin, so it was difficult for washing or shaving. Don't take the hotel's breakfast. Go to the boulangerie at No 59 for good coffee and croissant. Or go to L'Oree des Champs at No 35 for a cooked breakfast.

The lift is tiny and slow - not a real problem for us. But the carpet on the stairs is so patterned that you keep missing your step. This is not a hotel for anyone with mobility or sight problems.

Really, it was just uncomfortable. And there are other hotels in the area. The Avenue des Ternes is a lovely area for eating and shopping and getting to other parts of Paris. Just don't choose this hotel.

Hotels place is very centre. 5 minutes walk to champ elysee and ternes metro station. staff is very kind and helpfull. near the hotel there are good patisseries.

Excellent location and a good value for money deal. The staff was friendly and helpful. We have been recommended a nice restaurant around. The location allows you to go for a night walk in Paris - an experience that always makes your stay in a city even more remarkable.
