After reading a review in a french guide book of Paris, I felt I needed to visit "Aux Negociants". We sought it out on a rainy day, only to find out it was closed and made a point to visit again. On our last night in Paris we decided to re-visit "Aux Negociants". Late in the evening we took a stroll to the well reputed restaurant and were pleased to see it was open. It is a very quaint restaurant, and despite its simplicity, the food and service were superb. We enjoyed speaking with the spanish native waiter "Oscar" and watching him orchestrate the menu with his hands. The entire evening spent here was one that I will cherish. A wonderful establishment! Felicidades a todos!
