“Very relaxing walk along the river”
Reviewed 30 January 2014

Very relaxing walk while seeing the typical Parisian houses along the Seine. You get to see many beautiful buildings, pass many interesting spots for taking pictures. Across the water you will see Grand and Petit Palais, and many more... Continue onto Quai Branly and you will meet the Eiffel Tower soon. For those who don't like walking, it will be tiresome but hey, you are in Paris. You have to sacrifice something! :)

“Nice walkway along the Seine”
Reviewed 14 January 2014

Quai d Orsay is a pleasant walkway on the Left Bank, running along a nice stretch of the Seine River. Here you can find some nice views of the Siene and other famous monuments and attractions in central Paris.

Pont Alexander III is our favourite attraction along the Quai d Orsay, the Eiffiel Tower can be seen nicely from the bridge. Also, views of the esplanades des invalides and the Dome are nice from this spot along the Quai d Orsay.

“By the River”
Reviewed 5 January 2014

Getting by the river is always nice in Paris, but down here there could be so much more done. It is close to the Museum and gives a good opportunity to see the outside, but if you are making the effort to get to the quay then get to the museum.

“A Nice Pleasant Walk Along The With Much To See & Do”
Reviewed 1 November 2013

While walking along the Quai d'Orsay which is on the south side of the Seine River (or the left bank), between Blvd Saint Germain and Av Rapp, you will find wonderful things to see and do, also wonderful for pictures. You of course have the Musee D'Orsay, American Church in Paris (with its Tiffany windows, Musee d' Armee, Palais Bourbon, and the Esplanade des Invalides. Avenue Rapp is famous for the old homes and Saint Germain for dining/shopping. If you continue the walk past Av Rapp you will be on Quai d' Branly past the Musee Branly then pass the Eiffel Tower. To visit all of these you will need more then two days. Highly recommend visiting the American Church of Paris on Sunday the service is beautiful.

“Don.t miss The American Church”
Reviewed 27 July 2012

On 65 Quay d'Orsay, is the American church. There you can see tie stained glass windows by Tiffany of Tiffany lamp fame. I think there are tours on Wednesday so you can see the two angel stained glass windows from the inside! They are gorgeous.
