“Great location, friendly staff.”
Reviewed 17 April 2014

Our family of 5 Adults went to Paris and stayed here for 5 nights in December 2013. The Location was fantastic, close to metro stations, supermarket and restaurants. The Staff were very helpful, particularly the night porter. The apartment was very warm, we even had to open the windows in the middle of winter. Beware the beds are quite firm, however this seems to be standard across Europe. Would definitely stay here again.

It had everything I needed for a three night stay. Kitchen, slippers and even a dustbin. Two metro stations nearby and even plenty of places to buy groceries and baked goods. Staff was kind and helpful. Perfect location. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the inner courtyard are quiet.

We stayed here for one night at the end of our vacation. We'd booked through Priceline and were surprised when on trying to get early check-in the front desk said your "rooms" will be ready at 1:00. since we'd only booked 1 room. They managed to get a room for us ready and we had early check-in by 11:00 which was greatly appreciated. The lobby was bright and airy and they gave us the wi-fi password while we were waiting.
The room was well appointed and clean. We were able to walk to Gare Du Nord with our luggage. It was only a 20 minute walk.

The hotel and room is clean. The room we stayed in came with a small cooking area and the size of the room is acceptable for two person.

The location of the hotel is excellent, next to the shopping areas i.e: Galeries Lafayette, Printemps. Haussmann-saint lazare RER station is just behind the hotel, if not you can walk slightly further to any Metro station. We spent a day at Paris Disneyland, so the location of the hotel is convenient for us to walk to the Opera pick-up point in the early morning for the Disneyland Paris Express ticket.

The room rate is relatively good and cheap for a hotel apartment at this location. The hotel apartment meets basic needs for travelers like us, who prefer a fuss-free stay and most importantly a clean and cosy sleeping place to rest at night.

if you need an apartment hotel, near the opera in Paris, and you can get this for a low price, then stay here. If you are going to Paris for anything near romantic, run as fast as you can. We got this by doing a priceline bid for a 4 star hotel, and it is far, far , far from a four star hotel ( and priceline should not include apartment hotels as hotels!) . The rooms are noisy and not finished properly, the laundry baskets block the hallway, the bed is uncomfortable, and the area itself is kind of sleazy.

The front desk gave us misinformation about museum hours,so luckily we rechecked by ourselves.

Again, it may be good value for money for a family and it was basically clean, and basically basic, so I don't want to trash it completely. I will not go back.

I have stayed here a number of times while on business in Paris.
It's in a busy downtown area, right next to a metro station & a square where a wide cross-section of society seems to congregate.
If you make sure you get one of the junior suites on the upper floors, not directly overlooking the square it can be quiet & functional.
There are a few rooms (x01, x02 etc) which seem to share the same floor, just separated by a flimsy door. As there are no carpets, you get the feeling you are sharing the same room with the person next door. Avoid these rooms if possible.

Room Tip: Upper floors, not directly overlooking the square are quieter. Avoid X01, X02 room no.s.

The staff was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. I booked a one bedroom studio through galahotels (the online hotel booking) and paid a supplement to avoid having a standard room (very tiny rooms in Paris hotels). When I arrived to my room, I was surprised that there was no difference between standard and the studio I paid for. Imagine that I had a small wordrobe with no drawers and another on that was blocked by the teelephone table and the lamp stand. Nevertheless, this studio was fully equiped but more attention is needed for cleanliness. When I asked about that, I was informed that there was a supplement to be paid for cleaning services otherwise those service are not made on daily basis.
Finally, the hotel location is very central and close to public transportations and my experience would be a better one if my studio was larger.
