“Very classy and chic hotel”
Reviewed 29 June 2014 via mobile

Actually I stayed there 2 years ago. But then I just joined Tripadvisor so I would like to write a few lines about this hotel.

In Europe it is not easy to find one big, classy, convenient and hospitable hotel in a cheap price. However, this one almost fulfils all categories. This hotel is next to the air bus stop (No.2) so it's hassle-free and cheap to go to and from CDG. Then, it only takes 1 to 2 minutes to get to the underground and within 5 minutes walk you will be at Arch de Triomphe. That's really convenient.

About the room, it is reasonably big, I mean in European scale. You can find everything you need in it. The washroom is superb, with Anne Semonin shower gel and things. The decor is chic and stylish. And the most important thing is it is clean and the bed is at the soft side.

Within 3 minutes walk or less, you will find a shopping mall. Inside, there is a supermarket and you can get anything you want.

The staff was friendly and helpful, nothing like you hear about the arrogant French.

Actually I stayed there for 2 times in consecutive years and if I ever have a chance to visit Paris again, I will stay there.

We picked this hotel from its excellent reviews and we're not disappointed. We expected the rooms to be tiny as per usual Paris hotels and were pleasantly surprised - although not spacious, they were perfectly adequate and not at all cramped. The bathroom is large, luxurious, with a huge bath and gorgeous rainforest shower, with plenty of hot water. The hotel was immaculate. We had a balcony which was lovely. There were plenty of restaurants around and it was just a couple of minutes' walk from the Metro which was easy to use. Hotel staff were courteous and friendly. I would gladly book here again.

Room Tip: Ask for a balcony!

On our first trip to Paris I chose this hotel after the uploaded images of the hotel caught my eye. This was a surprise trip for my now fiancé so I had contacted the hotel for some special requests. The concierge was very helpful and gave me some fantastic ideas for the room to make the surprise even greater. Along with this we were given the option of a pick up from the station. The driver, Eric was amazing and gave us a wonderful tour of the city, even stopping and taking pictures of us both in front of the major tourist attractions. Arriving at the hotel we found the staff friendly, welcoming and polite. They couldn't do enough for us. Everyone in the hotel spoke perfect English which was a bonus because mine and my fiancé's French is almost non existent. We found the whole experience to be an amazing and enjoyable one and there was no rush to check out the next day, with breakfast still served until 11.30am. We definitely plan on returning to Paris soon and we will definitely look to book here again. 10/10 and highly recommended ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

I spent five days at this hotel and the customer service was excellent. The hotel was located on a small quiet street near several tourist sites. Several nice dinner restaurants are located with in walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast was very good, you have plenty of choices in the morning. The under ground rail system is also nearby, getting around Paris was easy. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful, since I had never been to Paris. They were able to line me up with some local tours. The rooms was always cleaned after I left in the morning. Staying at a smaller hotel has benefits-they get to know you. When you stay at a large hotel your a number, here they actually called me by my name after two days. Here clearly the service and price were excellent, no complaints from this customer.

Room Tip: When you stay at this hotel, if they have the room cleaned you can check in early. I checked in aro...

We stayed here for our anniversary and chose the hotel based on reviews and pricing. We were not disappointed. The staff was extremely helpful every time we needed something and since we didn't speak French that all spoke English of at least enough to help us with whatever our needs were. The rooms while smallish (which is pretty big for Paris standards) were clean updated. The AC worked great and would get too clod if you let it. While this hotel is not in the heart of downtown as far as location the metro was right around the corner and you could be anywhere in Paris in under 20 mins, less for most places and the Metro is so easy to use and understand. (this coming from someone that has never ever been on a subway or city rail system) All in all I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a clean, well furnished room, helpful staff, good location and fairly priced.

Room Tip: Beds were comfy, rooms were spotless and staff is extremely helpful

We recently spent 5 nights at Les Jardins de la Villa and loved the experience. It was wonderful to stay at a small, boutique hotel with exceptional and focused customer service while in such a large city like Paris, where it's easy for hotel accomodations and staff to treat you just like another visitor. While the location is a little distance from the center of the city, we enjoyed the Port Maillot neighborhood and accessibility to the entire city. We were able to take a leisurely walk back from Roland Garros after watching the French Open and take quick metro rides to the Louvre Museum, Eiffel Tower, Saint German neighborhood, and so on.

The staff is very helpful and sincere without being overly pushy. Great drinks and snacks at their "Honesty Bar" every afternoon and evening. While it seems that the hotel is common for business travelers, it also works well for vacationers or tourists on a short or even longer trip to Paris. We will definitely stay their again during our next trip.

We spent 5 nights in Les Jardins de la Villa and absolutely loved this hotel! We were worried that perhaps it was too far from all the action in Paris, but not at all. Access is very easy using the Metro or buses. The hotel is tucked in a residential area, so the restaurants were filled with locals, which is always a great sign! The room was well appointed, small, quiet and just perfect. Bed was extremely comfortable, and the room clean and modern. All the amenities you could need, and a Nespresso machine, which made my day ! The staff was just outstanding .. very helpful and kind. The breakfast is excellent ! A lovely boutique hotel. Next visit to Paris, we will be staying here again!

Room Tip: We asked for a garden view.
