Very noisy room and no air conditioning or even fan, so windows have to remain open even when it is 30 degrees outside! Clean but decor is pretty dated. Nice area, good supermarket just across the road.

We had chosen this hotel due to its convenient location and they offer family room for 4 persons. The hotel room facilities are old and poor. The towels look dirty and some with faded color. The shower curtain is stained with dark spots, blanket is smelly and carpet is dirty. Worse still it is so noisy at night as we need to open the windows to allow some air ventilation.

nice and comfortable hotel, clean and welcoming, metro very near, staff very kind, we asked two more pillows for spleeping and they immediately gave us. In surroundings very good pastry and bakery shops with french specialities. Perfect place for visiting all the town and only 20-25 minutes far from orly airport.

Room Tip: le votazioni su piscina e ristorante sono basse per il semplice fatto che non mangiavamo li e la pis...

We staid in this hotel because they offered a family room with 4 beds. The beds were terrible: I had to clinch all night to the hedge not to fall over my husband. The small beds were too soft and uncomfortable even for the kids. The bathroom tiny. For a family room we got one towel and one bar of soap. For the price we paid this was a disgrace. Internet is not for free, parking is difficult and the nearby parking makes a fuss to let you enter. All together, a bad experince

This July's week, all the hotels in Paris were overbooked because of a problem with Booking.com (that was I was told). I had to find an hotel just for the night of July 5th.
This is a small hotel located in a quiet street next to Alesia in Paris 14th.
For me it looked like a haunted hotel. I took the very slow elevator to get to the fourth floor too see mattresses in the floor.
Outdated is not the word to describe the room, it was just ugly.
2 beds in the room, I slept in the one which has less stains on it.
At the reception, the guy wanted 5 Euros to give the TV remote control and in this hot week in Paris, there was no AC available.
Also there was a problem closing the room door and I had to ask the reception person to help me.
Honestly, I prefer staying in IBIS instead of that hotel.

A small hotel quite conveniently located near the Alesia and the Porte d"Orleans Metro stations. Typical Parisian hotel with miniscule lift and average bedrooms. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the bathroom clean.
Staff were helpful and spoke good English, although they encouraged us to try our questionable French.
We discovered a very good supermarket in the same street and there were many cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as a laverie (laundromat).
Breakfast was available for 6 Euros and was pretty basic, but with so many cafes nearby, it was better to go out to eat. There were no other meals available nor tea/coffee facilities.

  • Liked — friendly staff, easy access
  • Disliked — climbing 3 flights of stairs or squashing into the lift.
