Wonderful place, near Triumph Arch and Champs Elysees, located in a quiet neighborhood, with a reasonable price - 58 euros the single appartment and 63 euros the double appartment. Nice and helpful staff.

We stayed at the Hotel Residence Chalgrin for 5 nights on last january and we found it a good place to stay, since we spent 73 euros per night for a double room, and it is located next to the Arc de Triomphe and a few minutes by foot to Champs Elysees. The rooms are well kept, but the building is very old and there´s no elevator. We slept very well, since the hotel is located on a quiet secondary narrow street and we almost don´t hear the traffic on the main street Grand-Armée. We had to pay 7 euro for the breakfast but it was perfect - at least for me who was wishing for french stuff: croissants, cheese, coffee, orange juice, confiture, etc. The staff was very helpfull and they were so patient listening and understanding my real bad french!
Next time in Paris, we will stay there again!
