They have 2 sittings most nights which means you eat early or late and both are rushed. Even worse people are actually waiting outside for the later sitting and the waiter goes out each time someone new arrives and tries to come in early. On the good side the people are absolutely lovely - both waiters and manager and you get free purified water. However my onion soup was white and totally tasteless - absolutely rubbish. My steak was gorgeous though. It is a very short restricted menu and I would not usually choose steak but could find nothing else I wanted. Absolutely no atmosphere. Go instead to L'assiette in Rue Labat nearby - see my review - a real small French restaurant run by Le Patron who is lovely and much lower prices but good food.

There are SO MANY great restaurants in Paris that it is hard to stand out, however Sacree Fleur did just that. They have many typical french cusine options such as duck and lamb, however the star of the show is the steak served with their three special sauces all on a wood chopping board. The bleu cheese sauce was my favorite and I don't even like bleu cheese. The atmospere was fun and vibrant, not stuffy and the wait staff were very friendly and helpful. Like many french restaurants, the quarters are tight but I actually enjoyed that and stalking what other guest were dining on. The gentleman next to me raved about his classic duck dish. I would most certainly go again.

We went to Sacree Fleur because of the raving reviews on Trip Advisor, while it was an enjoyable meal, I feel it was a bit overrated. The frog legs we ate were absolutely delicious - we had never had that before and were blown away! The steak was also quite good, but it was rare when we asked for medium, and the 3 sauces weren't anything special. The service started ok, but by the end we were not attended to by our waiter, even when we asked for the dessert menu - and then we boiled to death as the place got really hot and nobody would make eye contact for half an hour to give us the bill.

My husband and I booked this restaurant online and are really glad did, we got there at 7 pm and two tables of two were already seated, the restaurant only seats 30 people. So shortly after being seated we watched at least 6 or 7 couples and a few singles trying to get a table and were turned away, sure enough to by 7:35 all tables were full with the reservations that had been made. The French onion soup was really nice, not too salty I'm sure the broth was from scratch and it was just really nice and tasty and not heavy. The escargot was amazing! Wine was great, bread was great, steak was great, we added a little salt that they brought us and it made it perfect. I like the fact that they didn't over salt the food. Overall it was a really nice meal, quaint place as usual in Paris. Would love to go back and try the Pork chop.

Reservation went smoothly, warm welcome on arrival. A nice little place, easy to find. Tasty housewine and delicious onion soup and then comes the miracle: the stake! Wow! Wow! Wow! You have to try!
