I go to Paris every month and I just discovered this new bistro, it's just excellent! It's an spanish and french fusion cuisine. I started with a Sea bream ceviche with avocado that i really enjoyed. I continued with the Squid Risotto, the rice had the perfect cooking, creamy and very tasty. For dessert I tasted a cheese selection and the Chocolate ganache, with olive oil and salt, amazing taste!
Judith (owner and restaurant manager) recommend me a bottle of Le Cornillard Chenin Blanc 2011, it was a fantastic wine!! Ms. Judith told me that she was working at the Mandarin Oriental Barcelona hotel as a head sommelier for 5 years.
I recommend this new place in the city of light and love to everyone!!
