As a couple we spent a wonderful evening in the restaurant. The waitresses were extremely nice, the food was fresh and prepared in front of our eyes, the good wine made it perfect.
The tuna Sashimi as well as the main course is recommended. We took the assortment of five entrees (in a fixed price) and it was a great choice as a starter. The white marinated fish was a pure delight!
Not a cheap restaurant but definitely demands a visit!

Really good Japanese food, a kind of small intimate Benihanna. Staff Uber polite and friendly. Liked the styling (very Muji)

This is a very good genuine Japanese restaurant in the Quartier Latin. Small but cozy and with a very service minded staff and very good food. It's definitely overpriced and should not be compared to similar restaurants in Japan. But for Paris and to my knowledge, it is a very good deal and dining experience.

This is very good Japanese food and a very un-Parisian experience in the Latin Quarter. We arrived early in the dinner hour, without reservations, and after waiting a few minutes at the bar (which fronts a grill Benihana-style), we got our table on the sidewalk in the cool evening air. Service was very friendly and concerned that we were comfortable and satisfied -- unlike typical Paris service, which is efficient but not ingratiating in the least. We were most impressed with the appetizers: the chawan-mushi, sashimi and broiled eggplant were absolutely perfect. The main dishes, scallops and lobster, also were very good if not so memorable as the starters, and the split of sake complimented the food very nicely. Quite pricey, but such a delightful experience that it's well worth it.
