On a Sunday in Paris it might be difficult to find any place to shop and/or eat (French law forces most businesses to close). I went looking for a place to dine with a couple business colleagues in the Place Vendome area. After striking out on several of the places that we have previously ate at and liked, we stumbled upon Da Rosa. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food was mostly tapas style and was very good. Portions were adequate to order several plates and share amongst friends. The only real criticism is the diversity of options in the food department (mostly cuts of ham and salad with a couple fish options). However, everything that I had was very good. The wine menu is extremely limited, but the pricing is excellent and the quality of what we got was very good. Overall, this is a solid choice.
