I enjoyed this place in the Halles area. you feel like in bali. the food is excellent, the services nice like in Bali. you have a little show (a dancer with belenese dressed ).. the restaurt is clean
Don't expect outstanding wines, the wines list is rather poor.
Nice evening, a bit expensive.

We booked in advance, but there was plenty of space on a Sunday evening. There are various rijsttafel optins available. The food was very good, but I don't have any other indonesian experiences to compare with! Staff very friendly and helpful, all in all a great evening.

I was there with my indonesian wife and a kid and we really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. You can not ask to have the same taste exactly at so far distance but they really made it close to it amd a great food experience!

We arrived at the Djakarta Bali on a Friday night without a reservation and were seated immediately. The food is not cheap, and we could only order rijsttafel, not the a la carte I was hoping for. Still, everything was tasty, although less spicy than my normal expectations of Indonesian food. The service was fine, but we waited far too long after asking for the bill. Overall, we liked the quiet ambience, the fresh food, and location convenient to our flat.
