I typed on googleÑ best duck confit in paris. Josephine Chez Dumonet came as the first option. So I called. No reservations available, but I insisted a little bit and the man on the phone booked me for that same night. The staff is extremely nice. The duck confit was so good, I called the chef. A very very humble professional, not used to be called by the customers.
The place is not luxurious, the prices were fare for Paris standards, and the Duck was 1000 times better than the one we had the night before at Brasserie Lipp.
