This is a tea room/bistro across the street from the apartment I rented. It has a wonderful ambiance, and is very casual. The service is excellent and the food is plentiful and good. I had fresh goat cheese with green salad for a starter, and it was an entire round of cheese - large enough for at least two people. I also had l'entrecote, which came with more dressed greens and potatoes. The meal with a glass of wine and demitasse of coffee came to 30 euros. It appears to be a popular spot for locals.

In Paris for a meeting our local host chose Le Quincampe as the venue for our first evening together. The relaxed atmosphere added to the fun of getting together and the staff dealt easily with our various language and cultural issues. A delicious meal with the confit of duck the stand out dish. The cheese offering was mostly Spanish and we were given the choice of sweet or salty. It was a African night and the place was buzzing. Well priced.

Food was tasty & like very good home-style cooking. Reasonably priced & non-touristic. Didn't see the popular dining atea at the back but the front was cute.

My wife and I visited this restaurant on a Thursday evening. Despite the very good reviews on Tripadvisor, the restaurant was all but empty. We decided to ignore the lack of custom and proceeded to have dinner. Although the menu was inexpensive for a Parisienne restaurant we believe it is worthwhile to spend a few extra euros more per dish for excellent food and excellent service. Disappointed!

All French speaking customers when we visited, but isn't this why you came to France? Menus in English and our server, Constance, was gracious, helpful, and entertaining in perfect English. All entrees are 12 to 21 euros which is very moderate in pricing. The restaurant has 22 "bistro" style seats while the back room has slightly more formal "sofa" dining. Easy walk in for the front, but make reservations for the back room as it is less likely for a walk in. I had the scallops with risotto with a light mustard sauce while my wife had the daily quiche of goat cheese mushroom. Both were excellent. A little off the major restaurant row, but worth another 3 minute walk.
