We only had time for a quick lunch before leaving Paris and tried this place as it was near our hotel .. very hip vibe and busy at 1.30 pm so we chose to eat outside by the canal .. the lady kindly delivered the food when it was ready .. Bao Bun and the sweet potato chips were amazing with the peanut sauce !

Small popular restaurant with a great atmosphere. We had bao burgers with sweet potato chips which were delicious.

This place is famous for burgers with bao buns and they are really delicious.

When I heard about this concept I was over the moon excited because I love bao buns. However, Siseng had lightly toasted / grilled the inside of each bun so the bao had toughed up slightly – i.e. it was not as soft as a bao you would get at a Korean food stand (I suspect this is to assist with structural integrity but I would forsake the structural integrity for the softer bun). So it was slightly disappointing but still absolutely delicious and I would happily go back.

The sides are delicious (the croquettes are amazing) and they have Beer Lao available which is brilliant.

Highly recommend this place.

A really cool change of pace place to get a nice bite to eat. The food was good and the atmosphere is fun. The space is tight and it can be hard to find a table, so show up early.

Achingly hip resteraunt beside St Martins canal. We arrived at 8, just in time for a table, within half an hour there were lots of people queuing outside (it's only a small place). The chicken burger in particular was amazing. Great buns!!! Also really liked the pork spring rolls, very authentic compared to the ones we've had in Vietnam.

In general the area is great for a bars and resteraunts, lovely atmosphere, young and trendy without being pretentious. It's a good place to start the night.
