The first thing we noticed as we passed this corner restaurant opposite the Theatre Rive Gauche in the heart of Monparnasse, was the size of some of the portions , particular the salads.
We ultimately settled for what became our favourite a dressed tomato and green salad with ham and warm goats cheese (on toasted croutons). At 12 Euro's and the fact it was big enough to share it proved a great plate of food. Other dishes were equally impressive. The Tart tatin with a creme brulee top could have fed three and was great value at 7 Euros. House wines from 9 Euro's a bottle complimented things nicely.
A fabulous colorful bustling location that is quintessentially Left Bank.
