“Great value meal in lovely restaurant”
Reviewed 23 April 2014

Very warm & friendly restaurant & service. 7 of us ate here and all of us had an excellent meal. Reasonably priced for a fixed menu including a glass of champagne.

“Best in Paris so Far”
Reviewed 17 April 2014

My wife, son, soon to be daughter in law, and I all ate at Misia this evening. Although it was small the restaurant did not feel cramped or constricted. The staff was very nice and very polite. Although we did not speak much French our waiter did his best to communicate to us in English and it all went very well. The food was was on a Prefix menu with some rather broad choices. My son started with Duck Tartar which was excellent. My soon to be daughter in law has a salad of ham and grapefruit on lettuce also excellent.

For the main course I had the salmon teriyaki with vegetables, my son the lamb with mint sauce, my wife and daughter in law the steak. We all thought the food was great and the presentation of the meals was wonderful.

I really think that if you should have a chance do stop by. You are treated so nicely by the staff and owner that you really don't want to rush off, but rather linger and enjoy, and they seem to feel the same.

“Very welcoming and a nice ambience.”
Reviewed 14 February 2014

visited this restaurant as a result of reading other reviews on trip advisor and we wern't disappointed. very helpful staff, and the owner explained all the menu options to us as it was all in french. The food was delicious and well presented and service first class. We had the Samosa and Beef to start and beef and chicken for main. Very tasty and lots of flavours. Would recommend this place, and not too expensive, our total bill including drinks for two came to 82 euros which compared to some other establishments nearby is very reasonable indeed.

“Stylish, welcoming, fabulous food & wine”
Reviewed 11 February 2014 via mobile

We turned up on spec to be welcomed like old friends. The maitre d'h was funny, helpful, described every dish on the French only menu in beautiful English, made recommendations for both food & wine. He joked with us & made the evening delightful. We had the salmon tartare & the skate terrine, both of which were unusual & delicious, followed by lamb & beef, both succulent & outstanding flavours. The whole experience was wonderful, I can't recommend it highly enough. Not a cheap night out, but when you're in Paris you've just got to try this gem. You'll probably have to book if you o outside of the winter months, there are about 15 tables that's all.
