This is a summary of Pros, Neutrals and Cons for a one month stay here.
The location is safe. There is an electronic, numerical keypad for the first door, a security key for the second door and the key to your own door. I never felt threatened or unsafe in the neighborhood, even when walking late at night.
Le Jardin de Luxembourg is very close; if you want to go to the Louvre area, walking through the gardens in the morning to the Luxembourg station is great. The gardens are beautiful, have several amenities for sports, and it's a very family friendly atmosphere.
There are several boutique shops near by. For more expensive shopping or nightlife, The Saint-Sulpice area is fairly close as well. The walk to the Montparnasse station also has a wide variety of shops for just about anyone.
The kitchen is well stocked so you can cook when you would like to. There are plenty of pans, pots, knives, silverware, etc. with a four element electric stove, an oven, toaster, etc.
The dining and living room area is comfortable and usable. The television is quite large and the lighting is good. The internet had minimal interruptions, had low latency (120-140 ms to the United States with a VPN) and about 20-25Mb/s bandwidth.
There is a church across the street that has professional classical musicians play regularly in the evenings. You can open the windows and enjoy the show.
The two beds have their own bedrooms and full bathrooms. The master bedroom is on the ground floor, while the guest bedroom is on the top floor.
Welcome2France offers transportation services to pick you up or drop you off from airports or stations as you arrive or depart from Paris.
Fresh towels and sheets are brought weekly (or more often if you request) They also clean the bathrooms, etc.
There are a few small grocery stores within a block or two of the condo.
The garbage is fairly easy to take care of; recycling is available as well.
A book is included to explain how to use some o the appliances
The washer/dryer is a single unit, has a fairly low capacity and takes an extended amount of time to dry things. On the positive there is a laundromat within a block or so from the condo.
Voltage converters will trip some of the breakers. You have to try a few plugs to find a circuit that can handle the load.
The streets are fairly noisy in the mornings due to an elementary school being next door. If you're an early riser or plan to wake up accordingly this isn't an issue, but you may want to stay out late.
A heat wave hit during our stay, and it was quite hot. The weather was atypical for the season. The fans provided (3) did help, but you want to leave the windows open and spend as much time out and about in town as you can on those days and come back to sleep.
