“Best Breakfast ever”
Reviewed 6 July 2012

The hotel serves breakfast at their Michelin Star restaurant, Les Ambassadors. They have the best cafe and milk I ever had in the world. Take in consideration that I am originaly from Colombia and grew up drinking great coffee.
Next time I will try their other restaurants.
They has great staff, too.

“Best afternoon Tea in Paris!”
Reviewed 15 May 2012

The Crillon is reputable for its luxurious rooms and its Michelin starred restaurant Les Ambassadeurs. However, their famous afternoon tea in the Jardin d’Hiver is the real winner for me. Amazing value for money!! For less than €40 you get more than “afternoon tea”, you get the pure decadent lavish “Crillon” experience.

They have a vast selection of tea for you to choose from. You then have an assortment of scrumptious tea sandwiches brought to you: turkey and béarnaise sauce baguette, salmon and cucumber on brown bread and foie gras on warm toast, served with potato crisps.

You then move onto the dessert platter, which includes a muffin, a Madeleine, a thick slice of brioche, a slice of chocolate cake. You get to choose a dessert from the sweet cart (Opera, Religieuse, Eclair au chocolat, etc...).

The food is delectable and the quantities are very copious. I simply cannot speak highly enough of the afternoon tea at the Crillon. If you don’t have a reservation, don’t worry, you can either sit in the lobby and wait for a table or have a drink at the piano bar. They will come and get you once a table is free.

“A Typical French Restaurant for the sophisticated Tourist”
Reviewed 28 April 2012

The restaurant is well-locate and easily accessible-near the convention center.
It is elegant and has a good food.
Service is a bit slow-BUT -you do not hurry in a French restaurant- Au Contraire!
Popular among Corporate & Businessmen travelling to Paris
and also locales celebrating .
There is a possibility for a function room up-stairs

“Mediocre over-priced bar”
Reviewed 25 April 2012

I've been to the Hotel Crillion bar twice. The second time was my last. I stopped by in the late afternoon for what was a mediocre cocktail -- come to think of it at 24E ($32) it was actually lame. A few sips into my drink two women with two loud and obnoxious children were seated within inches of me in a virtually empty bar.

It was unbelievably poor service for a supposedly sophisticated Parisian establishment.

“Lives up to expectations.”
Reviewed 8 April 2012 via mobile

With such a reputation and price, de Crillon has a lot to live up to, and manages comfortably. We arrived at midday, expecting to drop our bags and check in at a more reasonable hour, but were greeted warmly and checked straight in. The room, whilst not huge, was exceptionally well appointed and prepared. We had a memorable meal at Les Ambassadeurs and very much enjoyed the bar. A new favourite for us in Paris.
