A very nice and smooth boat ride with beautiful scenery throughout. If you plan to go for a river cruise, you might as well enjoy some good food at the same time - much more romantic than having someone talk you through the attractions or having floodlights beaming off the boat onto the monuments like many river cruises have! It's also a nice choice for friends who want to hang out over dinner.

They have 2 menus; we felt that the cheaper menu was better value. Service was good, the service staff was attentive and very friendly.

The terrace seats give you the best view of the sights but do check out the bar and music room on the lower levels in between courses or after dinner. Makes for a nice place if you need to get a bit more room (to dance and be a bit more rowdy?) after dinner. If you are with kids, better to stay off the terraces (the tables are set up quite close to each other) and head straight below deck for a much more relaxed dinner. We thought that the left side of the boat had slightly better views, but it could be a case of "grass is greener on the other side" :P

Be warned: there is no air conditioning on this boat! We cruised on a night when it was in the 90's outside and inside the boat it felt like 100. The dinner was delicious and beautifully presented, but it was impossible to enjoy it when it felt like we were riding in the oven. Our roof was glass, but did not retract, and there was no escape from the heat. Recommend this dinner cruise, but only on a cool night.

This splendid dinner was the highlight of our trip to Paris. The boat itself is small, wooden and lit with lanterns that give off a wonderful glow and make for an intimate feel. The top is glass, allowing for 360 views the entire cruise no matter which way you are facing. The departure time allows for much of the first part of the trip to be completed as dusk is just starting and is set to arrive at the Eiffel Tower at exactly the moment it sparkles. The staff could not have been nicer, and the food was the best we experienced the entire trip. Yes, it's a bit pricy, but the cruise and meal is an event you will remember for a long time.

We booked this dinner cruise for our family to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and our son's 21st birthday. The dinner itself was exceptionally good and the cruise is planned superbly to position in front of the light show of the Eiffel Tower. Our perfect evening did not end well as our dessert was forgotten and when pointed out by asking to speak with the manager (seeing other patrons empty dessert plates being exchanged for bills) and pulling back into dock the waiter (not manager as requested) debated my entire family that he was waiting to serve our dessert as we had not finished our cheese plates. While ridiculous ( our cheese platters had been waiting at end of our table for pick up for 25 minutes) rather than simply apologizing and owning up to the oversight he continued to debate us that we were wrong. Our dessert was served as we docked and everyone exiting the boat. We were no longer interested in the dessert and could not believe how rudely we were treated. This dinner cruise is not only about the dinner but the experience. Another waiter who was likely horrified witnessing the waiter berating us came over to apologize for the inconvenience and offer us a glass of champagne. Had the first waiter had the same customer service recovery we would have salvaged the evening. We spent over $500US for this dinner cruise and would never expect the lack of customer service we experienced. Subsequently the manager called us the next day to again explain the service policy of serving dessert after the cheeseboards. It was apparent to me that the same waiter presented to his boss a very incongruent relay of the evenings events. My conversation with the manager took place while I am back in the US. She offered her apology. A lovely evening unfortunately ended abruptly and not as anyone would want for significant celebrations.

My wife and I have been fortunate to try this type of dinner cruise before, in England and abroad. This was one of the best.
OK, its not cheap, especially the wines, but dont forget its not Rochdale canal ( that has its charms too....) and if you chose the lower price menu, which frankly is just as good as the other, then it becomes good value for all the courses, all fresh and nicely served.
We were lucky, it was a lovely night and they took the roof off our part of the boat.
You may be able to ask for these tables, d,ont know, we just were given them as we boarded.
All in all a quality meal, well served with a lovely cruise taking in all the sights.
Well recommended for discerning diner and visitor
