As we were two couples travelling together, we chose the 2 bedroom suite. This was an excellent choice for us and good value compared to two separate rooms.

You enter the apartment via the first bedroom. This room has two single beds pushed together. There is another door off this leading to a short corridor. From here you can access the separate toilet and the bathroom as well as the second bedroom. This bedroom has a double bed.

Both bedrooms have a TV and are nicely furnished. The bathroom was really lovely, refurbished beautifully in marble and had quite a luxurious feel to it.

The rooms do not have a refrigerator or tea and coffee making facilities.

The location could not be better for visiting the Palace. It is a bit of a walk if you are coming from either of the train stations but still doable.

I'd like to give five stars to the young girl on the desk. She was unbelievably helpful and really went out of her way to assist us whenever we asked. She is a real asset to this establishment

The hotel is nicely decorated inside in the French chateau style, very pleasant old-style rustic design without plastic and other synthetic materials, like polyurethane ceiling, which often are used in French hotels. The rooms are spacious enough, with tub in the bathroom, which also is rare for French. Only 3 TV channels available, but there's free Wi-Fi in the room. No minibar in the room, but a guy at the reception on my request just gave me a big bottle of Evian free of charge, which was very nice. All in all a very pleasant place to stay, especially for the price the hotel is asking, which is more than valuable.

The hotel has a perfect location, the staff is friendly, but forget about sleeping! The first night there was a wedding and the party went from loud to bumping music until 2 AM to drunks yelling in the halls after 4 AM. Surely if you book a function like this you would close down the hotel, wouldn't you? The next night, Sunday at 2 AM a strange man speaking no English knocked on our door and wanted me to open the door. Naturally after the previous night I did not open the door, but it turns out there was a fire on the first floor. No one at the hotel came to check on us. Luckily the fire was contained but some of the guests ended up outside for an hour on the street. The manageress was truly mortified and comped us the room but 2 days of our trip were lost!

Probably one of the best locations to visit the Palais de Versailles. We stayed here 2 nights, really liked it. Staff was super friendly. Associated restaurant is OK, with 15% off for hotel guests, but is understaffed ( thus slow service). Parking is free in street overnight and in August; otherwise there is a reasonable daily outdoor parking behind the bus parking lot, all very convenient. A few glitches: no real A/C, and during our short stay the water was out for 3 hours, followed by a period of no hot water. I am sure that was a very unusual event. Overall I highly recommend this hotel, if you can tolerate the heat.

This hotel is very charming & old world. Loved it! Big rooms, lots of closer space, HUGE bathroom with tub and wonderful, helpful staff! One block from the Chateau entrance which was great after a full day of walking the Chateau & Gardens!!!!!! Breakfast was good if not large amounts. Would definitely recommend this hotel!!!

Room Tip: Buy your tickets online to the Chateau. The hotel staff will print them out for you. Will save you...

Well, it started ok, ideal location for the Palace, nice Room, and a nice welcome, first night was great, the second night is where it all went horribly wrong, the Bar next door had a wedding, now in England, these functions are generally over by mid-night......not in France.......4am the pounding, heavy beat of Disco music finally ended.......then, the revellers spilled out into the Road singing at the top of their voices.....charming......finally got to sleep at 5am.......only to be woken up by the traffic outside at 7am........then to cap it all.....we were woken up at 3am the next morning by the local fire brigade because of an Electrical fault in the Hotel and we had to evacuate our room. To say we were happy to leave is an understatement.
Now, I have to say the manageress was very helpful and did seem genuinely upset, and she didn't charge us for the Room.
One thing she did mention was that at the end of July there is a Caribbean night in the Bar next door, so anyone staying around the end of July......TAKE EAR PLUGS...
The Terrible Rating is due to the two sleepless nights we had, and not because of the staff, the hotel should not take in customers if it knows there is a Function taking place in the bar next door

Room Tip: Before booking, check with the Hotel if there is a Function in the Bar next door, if there is, go el...

Ideally located very close to the entrance gates to the palace, this hotel oozes warmth and hospitality, a charm often in short supply in Paris hospitality.
Rooms were spacious and well appointed although lacked tea making facilities. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.
Breakfast a little pre packaged but lovely fresh bread.
Restaurant next door was great for lunch or dinner
All credit must go to Fred for her friendly customer service skills - she made all the difference to our stay.
