We ate here in June 2014 and what a find. Located within the town walls of fantastic Aigues Mortes the restaurant is a little oasis in this thronging town. A smallish but fully booked restaurant the food was outstanding décor and ambience perfect. We ate in the conservatory overlooking a quiet and beautiful courtyard/garden. The staff were polite and very attentive but not overpowering - just fantastic. The food was wonderful with an excellent wine menu and not overly costly. We've eaten at Raymond Blanc's La Manoir restaurant in all honesty Villa Mazarin La Table is not far behind but for a fraction of the price. Would we eat here again - ABSOLUTELY...if you're going to Aigues Mortes you just have to eat here!
