We went there to spend New Year' eve in family. My wife chose that hotel based on recommendations she saw on various websites (including trip advisor). The whole trip went really ok. It is a small family hotel, so do not except a 24 hours concierge service nor a bar. Nevertheless, on our way back from new year eve, the manager left some drinks at the reception wich we considered to be a lovely attention. Rooms were ok (a bit small for 3 but ok), perfectly clean (no bad smell neither), quiete place, simple but very good breakfast, free wifi and free parking access. Walking distance for the medieval-city (where there are some restaurants, as the hotel only proposes breakfast). Will definitely come back.

This hotel is a clean, modern well appointed and functional bed and breakfast hotel. We chose it as the town centre was "en fete" during our stay and we were advised that hotels inside the city walls would be liable to considerable noise.

The hotel was entirely fit for purpose if you want a quiet and comfortable night's sleep without too much atmosphere. The beds were unusually comfortable and the buffet breakfast excellent. It has a nice little pool with an area around it to relax in - very welcome in the autumn sunshine. Staff were helpful, friendly and positive.

We found the some staff members (owner?) not professionnal, in a bad mood, making unappropriate comments and considering his concerns and planning more important than his guests.
Otherwise, ok modern hotel, but rooms are small and the design is quite cold. Nice garden & location if no mosquitos. Would not go back.

This was a really good find. It's not within the walls of Aigues Mortes - but don't let that deter you as it's only a 5 minute walk along the (pretty) canal.

The rooms are very modern - clean and very well finished. Ours wasn't huge, but had everything we needed for an overnight stay.

The owners are just fantastic - friendly and really helpful. They go a long way towards making this hotel a great place to stay.

Finally - the price. If you look within the walls, you are not going to get anything decent for less than €140. Even then, it's not going to be great. Our room, with access to the terrace was €80. And it was much better than what we saw in the town.

So in short, I would recommend a stay at the Hotel Canal!

Room Tip: You just need to ask at the desk - the owners will explain the options available to you.
