We came here in August and got the 17€ menu. What struck us is that the menu included wine which is rare in menus. My onion soup and my husband's green salad was very tasty. We both got the faux fillet which was a bit tough to our liking. For dessert we got the nutella and whipcream crepes which were delicious. The service was very good and the staff pleasant. Would recommend this place.

Hair in my food, fatty meat, watery pasta, bad service, expensive, water costs £4.. Strongly recommend you don't go here.

This is a great little restaurant near a well higher up in the walled city and satisfyingly distant from the main tourist traps of wonderful Carcassonne. We had a lovely table outside and were made very welcome by all of the staff - our dog in particular was well looked after, receiving a bowl of water on arrival and regular attention by the staff!

The menu has an excellent choice of hot meals and cold options like salads and sandwiches and there is plenty for kids to choose too. My wife had a fresh and delicious nicoise salad served in a kind of pancake bowl while I had a rich and satisfying cassoulet. There was a good selection of drinks too, including wines both from the local area and further afield. An excellent choice for lunch and a lovely place to take a rest from the sightseeing!

Visiting the old town in Carcassones, we stumbled across this great little bistro. It's towards the top of the old town so it's a bit calmer / quieter than the other restaurants we passed in the main square. Food was very tasty and plentiful (we both had steak and chips). Service was quick and attentive. Restaurant decor is nice and it feels very cosy. Cost wise, this place is good value for money. We loved it, and if we are ever back in Carcassones, we will return for sure.

Tucked away in the busy Cite this is surprisingly good. We all had good straightforward meals at great prices (given the touristy location). Service was very friendly and polite. A great atmosphere if sitting outside in the bustle and bustle. Would return if.uk was there again.
