We were in Carcassonne for a few days and saw the reviews of this restaurant on TA. We are fans sof the Alsace food and wines so decided to book and give it a try. It was the night of the England game and so we found ourselves to be only guests which was a shame but nonetheless we loved it. We had great salad starters very fresh and one Zander Fish and one Duck. Both were rated fantastic and I managed a dessert of creme brulee. We had half bottles of Pinot Blanc and Gewurtztraminer and they were really good. The owner was a delight to speak to and we had a wonderful evening. If you like Alsace food and sauerkraut and their wines this is a must do place. The Zander fish was rated by my other half as one of the best fish dishes ever. Thanks to the owners for a lovely but quiet night.
