On first sight looking at the property you wonder how big it is going to be. Once in you will not be disappointed. A typical quaint French property. We were greeted by the very friendly owner who speaks very good English. He showed us around which included a very nice large breakfast room which you could use for your own use if need be. A very pretty secluded garden with a pool and loungers which unfortunately we didn't have a chance to use. Our bedroom was very nice and clean and you could just see the castle from one of the windows.

An ideal position for visiting the castle, restaurants and new part of the city for a reasonable price, especially as it included breakfast as well which was very nice. Would certainly recommend it and would book again if in that area.

This place was wonderful. The location was magnificent and a quiet retreat. The owners were extremely helpful and went the extra mile to help us with travel plans. Had the feeling that they were new found friends. Highly recommend this place. Do note the check in times are limited. We almost didn’t make it.

Lovely B&B in a characterful town house very close to the old citie.
We had a lovely large room, comfortable bed and very nice bathroom. Only a five minute walk gets you into the walls of Le Citie and all.of the bars and restaurants.
Our hosts were bery helpful with recommendations and directions.
Breakfast was served in a stylish room overlooking the gardens and had lovely croissants and great coffee. We hope to return soon.

Absolutely wonderful location just between Old City (la Cite) and new city (shopping, restaurants, cafes, Monoprix department store). The pedestrian bridge is a short walk from the hotel, connecting the old and new city (go over there at night time and admire from the bridge an incredible view of the illuminated fortress).

Friendly owners of the house Jerome (speaks English) and his wife Polina (speaks Russian) - absolutely warm and hospitable people. They provided a city map with full explanations of what you need. We got Suite with Garden view - very quiet 2 rooms with 2 wonderful modern bathrooms. The beds were comfortable (but not a pillows, sorry). The house is classic french 3 story building, no elevator.

The breakfast room it is different story!!!! Beautifully decorated, well-kept and very French there even have live canaries!!! Breakfast (included in your price) is outstanding as well as entire day/evening you can use the kettle/coffee machine and taste pastries, fruits, water etc.

Courtyard is huge and green with outdoor table (if you want to have your meal outside) with olympic swimmpool and tennis table. Parking along the street or near, or use owner's private garage for nominal fees. I highly recommend if you like stay in Bed and Breakfast.

How refreshing to find such a welcoming and unique place to stay. Far and away from the usual hotel experience. The Guest house is a beautiful home that opens it's doors to guests that are treated like the family. Nothing is any trouble at all. The rooms are stunning, beautifully decorated with lovely furniture. Cosy beds, loads of hot water, warm, quiet. The breakfast very gernerous and set in the lovely room leading to the garden for all to enjoy. Bonus is the over cover swimming pool. Tea and coffe and cake ready and waiting to enjoy at any time. An honesty box system for wine and other drinks at any time.
It feels like home and it is when you stay here. Take a cuppa out into the garden and listen to the birds sing, or have a glass of wine to wind down the evening.
We loved our stay here. Within walking distance of the cite and all the sights. Lovely restaurants and bars.
Carcassonne is high on the list of places to see - it is so unique and wonderful.

Room Tip: We had the garden room but every room looks amazing, they are all so beautifully decorated. All rooms are quiet
