This restaurant was definitely a special treat for us. Baptiste was a fabulous waiter and very knowledgeable about each wine we were served. We did the special chefs trasting menu with six courses and wine pairings. The main entree was filet with fois gras and truffles. Yum.
Gayran was the waiter in the bar and he was a jewel. Very creative drink creations and very hospitable. A must experience restaurant when in Carcassonne.
