To my eyes, at least, the modern/glazed panels of this restaurant do not draw you in like some others in Collioure - but don't let them put off...
The menu is Italian/modern European and covers a wide range. I have been here many times over several trips to Collioure and have enjoyed good meals every time. The veal this time was very good - and the lamb couscous last time was the best meal of the whole trip. Decent house wines too.
Unlike most restaurants in the village, the kitchen here prepares a genuine 'plat du jour' that is not just an item from their standard menu and that changes daily. Very good it is too.
Overall - the food and staff are very good but you do feel a bit like you are in a fishbowl.
