Description: The unique menu remained unchanged since the beginning. This formula is a decked slice of sirloin of 170 grams accompanied by french fries and its famous sauce. His son Henry, opened a restaurant in Toulouse in 1962, in Bordeaux in 1966, in Nantes in 1980, in Montpellier in 1990, and finally, in Lyon in 1999. These restaurants are characterized by scots and black mural, a lemon yellow topping and hostesses dressed with yellow apron and black blouse. The exterior is beautified by yellow and black blinds vertical stripes for the best effect.

“Moyenne place with average food.”
Reviewed 29 May 2014

This place was suggested by my father in law. You dont get to choose your menu to start with. The steak to me has a good taste. The special sauce is good though not so extraordinaire. I hate the fries though. That seems to put off the food that night. And i dont need 3/4 of my plate filled with cheap fries. Ambience is not that excellent too. Seems to me that its very crowded. Very. I would recommend this place though. No harm trying out food. At least you can say i visited there once.

“Great steak, but not much else...”
Reviewed 8 May 2014

We had heard that this place was excellent. All reviews on Trip Advisor pretty much said that. And yes, the steak was cooked to perfection, but everything else was pretty average. The fries were just that, fries. Nothing more, nothing less. The 'special sauce' was mainly lots of butter, garlic and parsley and that was that. The wine that we were recommended was nothing to shout home about either. Probably wouldn't go back there again.

“Table for 11”
Reviewed 31 March 2014 via mobile

Absolutely incredible food absolutely worth the money the steak was wonderful and the whole experience extremely pleasant, staff were accommodating and helped with the lack of French we spoke! All 11 girls were extremely satisfied even those who were less keen on steak!

“What an Experience”
Reviewed 23 March 2014

We had dismissed the restaurant as there seemed to be no choice of menu so went to one across the street. We sat and watched as people queued to get in so we decided to give it a try the next night. Thankfully we got there early as every table was taken within 45 minutes. There was no choice - a green salad with walnuts and a dressing followed by a very tender entrecote steak finely sliced with a delicious secret sauce and fine chips. We were offered more chips if we wished and the remaining meat after slicing was placed on a warming dish on our table. The place was a buzz and we just sat and soaked up the atmosphere - well worth a visit - you would not think that this limited menu would work but it certainly did. Well Done!!
