A gorgeous terrasse - off Rue de Diderot near de Place de la Comedie- this beautiful well lit open air restaurant is an oasis from the maddening crowds at Place de la Comedie- yet close enough for a welcome escape. My daughter and I stumbled on it accidentally while in search of another wine bar on the same street that was closed as it was Monday night. A bit wary of the Thai menu - we were sucked in by the lovely ambience, friendly waitress and great tables. teh restaurant only serves house rose, red and white- the rose was fairly competent and the cocktail my daughter oirdered with a guava base also not bad. The food was good - not overly greasy- shrimp fried rice and basil porc were both good. We ended with a mango cheese cake which was just excellent. the mela cost 35 euros- reasonable indeed.. Will be back!
