Spent five nights with a convention group. Staff was always very professional and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable, the rain shower amazing! Front desk was in communications with me prior to my arrival and handle an early check in perfectly. They offered great suggestions and directions for dining each night. In room Wi-Fi was fantastic!! GO. THERE. NOW.
I've stayed here a couple of times and always liked it. Its still ok but this time my room was semlling quite badly from cigarette smoke (allthough a non-smoking room). Impossible to get anything to eat after 10 in the evening. Quite central, 500 meter to restaurants etc.

The hotel is situated well, just a few minutes walk from the main tourist areas. A great base for walking the city. The hotel is located in a very quiet street. It was clean and well appointed with a nice pool.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Very good location. Walking distance from the Plaza and shopping district. The rooms are spacious enough, calm and clean. The receptionists were always helpful multilingual and smiling.

I was not pleased with this location. Crowne Plaza properties are typically reliable but this was not. The wireless signal in rooms were spotty at best. For being a business hotel you would think wireless would be a priority. When asking the front desk if they could fix it I was given an answer of "we can reset the router but if that doesn't work you can come down to our business center". That would be expected in a small hotel but for a large business focused property it was a disappointing response.
Additionally, the breakfast was pretty awful. Bacon was not cooked fully. You had to cook the eggs yourself if you wanted hard boiled eggs. Some of the coffee machines seemed to not work one day over another.
Rooms would not stay cold and temperature would need to consistently need to be turned colder. Woke up multiple nights sweating even though it was October.
Positive elements included that it has a decent location with friendly staff.
