Stayed at the crowne plaza during the 2017 dalim Euroduo event. Lovely hotel with friendly staff that made every effort despite language differences. Very clean.
There is a different theme to every floor and the room I stayed in was very comfortable with attention paid to detail. Highly recommended.
Spent five nights with a convention group. Staff was always very professional and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable, the rain shower amazing! Front desk was in communications with me prior to my arrival and handle an early check in perfectly. They offered great suggestions and directions for dining each night. In room Wi-Fi was fantastic!! GO. THERE. NOW.
I've stayed here a couple of times and always liked it. Its still ok but this time my room was semlling quite badly from cigarette smoke (allthough a non-smoking room). Impossible to get anything to eat after 10 in the evening. Quite central, 500 meter to restaurants etc.

The hotel is situated well, just a few minutes walk from the main tourist areas. A great base for walking the city. The hotel is located in a very quiet street. It was clean and well appointed with a nice pool.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Very good location. Walking distance from the Plaza and shopping district. The rooms are spacious enough, calm and clean. The receptionists were always helpful multilingual and smiling.
