The owner is an amateur chef. The salad was limp. The steak had more fat than meat. Our impression was that the chef used scraps to cook our dishes. Hopefully the owner /chef will learn one day that he must use fresh ingredients. Also the presentation of the dishes was very rudimentary. In short, we did not have here a good dining experience. Only good things : Nice local red wine of Languedoc and gentle waiter.
