Old hotel that has been modernised so unusual and very quirky. Our room was large and had everything we needed with a very comfortable bed. The furniture was a mix of modern and antique but was well thought out. The hotel is situated in a very quiet area but is close to the old town of Montpellier and there are lots of bars and restaurants around.
The staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful and very efficient. Breakfast was good and plentiful although the breakfast room is small and dark. There are however lots of tables outside on a terrace and in the garden which would be a lovely place to eat when the weather is warmer.
We arrived in the city by TGV and the hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the station and relatively easy to find. I am glad that we chose this hotel and would recommend it rather than some of the more modern blocks that are in Montpellier.
