Manu and Sandra gave us a warm welcome and we discovered there were many highly original dishes centred around cutting-edge ice-cream blends...
Manu uses taste combinations in the ice-cream balls that accompany the entrées and the mains that will make the most adventurous gourmet's head spin... I had raspberry/thym (with a St Marcellin-filled "cigarette," my wife had apricot/lavender (with duck) and we both had a chocolate/ hot piment de L'Espellette sorbet for dessert. Ice-cream touches throughout a meal shouldn't work... But here it does! Brilliantly.
Last but not least, it's excellent value for money.
We had a v good Pic St Loup red. Well worth trying.
