Well, few years ago new Marche aux Puces was launched in the very center of Montpellier, in the park Peyrou, just behind Arc de Triomphe.
Open every Sunday from 08.00 till 13-14.00.
30 to 40 brocante dealers on classic French Citroen vans with textile (servettes, tablecloth, etc.), crystal, books, housewares, furniture, instruments, toys, vinyl, posters, etc.
Some items from Africa, but most part is French, real French.
Good choice of goods from 60's - 70's if you like that time.
Prices are reasonable, not very cheap, but OK. Vendors do not like to bargain in general.
This Marche is much more interesting than old Mosson market which is occupied by saladins now.
Nice place to spend your time on Sunday morning.
