Would have been a higher rating we’re it not for the bollocking I got from the manager for the apparently hangable offence of helping myself to two glasses from behind the bar to have a drink of water (had just cycled 80km). Haven’t been treated like that since I was kid. If you choose to stay here (and it’s a good location close to town) DONT TAKE ANY GLASSES - the manager is an unpleasant and obnoxious bully. Bonne chance.

Bonjour Monsieur,

This was definitely a three star campsite, we got a quieter area but is seems to be more for campervans as people were slamming car/van doors all the time, morning and night. I understand that it is hard to control, however it is for people staying in tents to know. There is no handsoap either so make sure to bring your own! It is a great location for exploring Cahors but not a great sleep.

We received a warm welcome by the friendly staff at the reception. They offered all the advice we needed for a four night stay Camping at an unpowered site. Facilities were cleaned twice or three times a day and were good (it'd have been better if hand soap was provided). We couldn't try the pool because short swimsuits are compulsory (to avoid swimsuits with pockets into the water) - so beware of bringing some! :) Grass for the pitch was great and the location of the campsite was ideal to be in the nature, yet close to town (15-20 min walk).

Perhaps something I would improve is to put more emphasis on insisting to those campervaners and customers who keep slamming the doors of their cars and vans until midnight and from 5-6am. Thanks to them the sleep quality wasn't proportional to the beauty of the place and the effort the owners put into the camping.

Lovely, small campsite with friendly and efficient staff. Everywhere was well maintained. We stayed in an O'Hara 4 person mobile home - immaculately clean. There was a shop, daily bread/croissants delivery, bar and ice cream available. The swimming pools were great, especially in the 30+ heat. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Would be great if they had bigger mobile homes and perhaps reliable WiFi throughout the site.

Room Tip: Mobile Homes near Reception have best WiFi signal.

Do not be put of by the narrow road to this site... It has to be one of the best sites we have visited in France in terms of the information booklet given ( full of ideas as to where to visit, quizzes, fishing advice, biking routes, places to visit etc) A lovely pool area, amenities blocks spotless & dedicated areas for disabled campers. Large pitches with plenty of shade. The dog area is one of the best I've encountered. Totally fenced in with a tree & Boulder to accommodate the needs of 2 Jack Russells...& it was kept clean by the owners who use it...
Staff are welcoming & extremely helpful....
Would I use this site again.....sadly not...Its not the site but we just didn't like Cahors...
