The good thing: The hotel is as clean as you'd expect it from an Ibis hotel. The equipment is standard, nothing fancy but functional.
However, sleeping comfort is limited as the linens aren't very comfortable resulting everyone in our group to wake up sweating several times.
The AC in none of our rooms was working (presumably they're just for summer use) but open window isn't an option in a city next to a set of traffic lights.
The staff in the restaurant/bar section is very friendly and hard working indeed. The fact that they are understaffed isn't their fault but it took us literally 15 minutes just to get a drink and the restaurant was only about 60% full.
Breakfast is not exciting but certainly within what's to be expected given the price.
While there were three persons manning the reception when we got back from dinner chatting with each other, there was just one in the morning between 8-9 hence the queue of people trying to check out was massive. And of course everybody had to be asked if everything was alright and if they needed a special address on their bill.
Staff do speak very good English.
