This chapel is small and covered floor to ceiling with religious paintings that are well preserved (though I think they're only 18th or 19th century). However, they set up modern art exhibits in the chapel that are really not my thing (videos of strange images with gloomy music). It's not particularly out of the way if you're coming from St-Sernin to Place du Capitole, but I would not particularly recommend visiting it.
