The hotel was easy to find and we parked outside on the main road. We stayed in the B tower and the room was functional with no view apart from a couple of nesting seagulls on an adjoining rooftop. The saving grace here was the great staff and restaurant on the ground floor. The two course dinner was great and the breakfast was also very good. Staff spoke enough English for us to be understood ok with no issues. The waitress in the restaurant spoke many languages and was very helpful.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view and a big window. Our room was quite hot.

We had to make a trip to Dunkerque to get an early morning ferry. We decided to book with IBIS STYLES again as so far we have been very impressed with the IBIS STYLES we have stayed in before. We were not disappointed.
We arrived LATE and the staff were fantastic, very helpful and ready to put a beer down with the moans of 'oh it is too late'. They even conjured up a meal for my husband who was starving.

The room was clean and spacious, the beds and pillows excellent. We asked for an early morning call, that was duly delivered. Payment and departure made very simple and quick.

Yes, we would use this hotel again. AND, we would recommend it to weary travellers without hesitation.

I've stayed in a few Ibis hotels across Europe and I never like that you have to pay extra for breakfast but this was a particularly poor hotel. We arrived in Dunkerque without a booking and thought hotel Ibis would be a safe bet. Unfortunately, the room was very small and in need of renovation. Breakfast was poor and uninspiring.
Glad we only had to stay 1night.
