As other reviewers have noted, the location is in the middle of nowhere, which is not necessarily a bad thing, as long as you can find your way there (the directions on the B and B's website were incorrect!).
We found out upon arriving that the owner of the B and B (who resides in the UK) is trying to sell the place, and it seems to show somewhat - the location and setting are lovely, but the house is in need of some TLC, updating, and some basic cleaning. Breakfast was marginal - cereal, croisant, juice and coffee.
Because the B and B is a little rough around the edges, we found it to be overpriced, but an adequate location for our travel plans.
