We walked through the garden on a mild day in early January and enjoyed it very much. It is very well tended with paths, a pond, benches for sitting and reflecting, and lots of trees. It's large enough to enjoy but not so big as to get lost in. The interpretive labels, in French and English, do more than describe the trees; they connect the tree type with Bayeux, French, and sometimes even American history. It turned out to be a longer walk from the Place Saint-Patrice than we thought, but it was worth it.
