A delightful stay in Normandy. We wanted someplace quiet for our four day stay near the D-Day beaches and this fit the bill perfectly. This was a great find a short drive (20-30 minutes) out of Bayeux. Pay attention to the good directions you get after booking or use the GPS coordinates as there are a couple of small roads to get here. This B&B in a lovingly restored 250 year old farm home, has two rooms available and we had the good fortune to get to try them both. We are happy to report they are both quiet and large spaces. One sleeps 2 and the other would sleep 3 as there are two beds. The owners have done things right here with top quality beds and linens. Made for a great nights sleep after our busy days of storming the Normandy beaches. Chris and Jenny are wonderful English hosts. We enjoyed a dinner one night with them while they wined, dined, and fed us info on the local sights. Thanks for the great meal Jenny! Chris is a wealth of knowledge on WWII and the Normandy beach sites. You can also book him for a guided tour which we would love to do next time. We think you could spend days with Chris and still be wanting more.
Breakfast (included) was typical french continental and suited us perfectly. We can not say enough about the hosts and their lovely home. This is a must stop for us anytime we are near Normandy.
