Our two night stay here was wonderful. The rooms are so pretty. We were on the ground floor in our own private little area with two bedrooms, a bathroom and seperate toilet. All the rooms look put onto beautiful gardens. It was very relaxing to come directly here after an international flight. Gilles was very friendly and kind. My son really wanted to visit La Roche Guyon - a castle that Rommel used as his base during World War Two. When i asked Gilles the best way to get there he offered to drop us off - a 15 minute drive - and arranged for a taxi to collect us - so kind.

This is a beautiful B & B with very hospitable and generous hosts. They were nice to us oldies and to the little toddler travelling with us. All 6 of us, in our group, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Some of us wanted to stay there, rather than proceed as planned to Disneyland Paris. The gardens are magnificient. I would recommend it unreservedly to anyone.

Room Tip: The suite is ideal for a couple with 2 or 3 young kids, but would also suit 2 couples.

We have only just returned to England from a wonderful tour of France and Spain. Les Jardins d'Helene was our first stop in early June and it was a lovely place to begin. Gilles was a wonderful host, he greeted us warmly on arrival and made us feel very at home. Our room was beautifully decorated reflecting the care that Gilles has put into his lovely house and the garden was a perfect retreat. The breakfast was delicious and his recommendation for dinner was excellent. A lovely stay, thank you Gilles.

My husband and I spent only one night at Les Jardins D'Helene, but what a glorious time we had. Giverny was the jewel in the crown for me in our three week vacation in France. I thought our cameras would just break from sheer "beauty exhaustion" as we visited the home and gardens of Monet. As if that wasn't enough, the beautiful walks to and from Giles's home and the lovely gardens of Helene itself were staggering. Lilacs and fruit trees were in bloom all over the place, irises just starting. Our stay in late April coincided perfectly spring's bursting into bloom. Our lovely room "Pecheurs de Lune" overlooked the front gardens and the gorgeous hillside across the street. The property is exactly as pictured and described on website. Our room was beautifully decorated and arranged, spacious, immaculate comfortable and so quiet. We loved sitting outside in the comfortable garden as well. Giles even provided a friendly cat to make us feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious.Thank you Giles. We had a wonderful time and tell everyone we know to look for you when they plan a visit to Giverny, as will we upon return. J & F

Room Tip: I don't think you can go wrong...unless need to avoid stairs, then plan ahead and request a grou...

I stayed at this lovely B&B with my friend on our grand european adventure. We were warmly greeted by Gilles in the early evening when we arrived at this treasure in the most charming village imaginable. Our double suite was perfect with our two rooms and separate baths. The view from my room looked past a lilac to the misty hills of the countryside. It was decorated in lovely french country style with an ambiance of warmth, and beauty I will dream about for years to come. It is situated on a quiet road lined with lovely old homes and the most wonderful restaurant "Hotel Baudy" where we dined on delicious French cousine before walking back through a neighborhood filled with gardens of brightly colored flowers. Our breakfast was memorable and Gilles was the most attentive of hosts making the morning meal both delectable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this gem in the village that is home to the wonderful house and gardens of Monet that we came to experience, just a short walk away.

We had a warm welcome at Les Jardins d'Helene last week. The B & B is beautiful and comfortable with a lot of authenticity. Our hosts were warm and kind and spoke English. Breakfast was delicious, the garden was beautiful, and everything was perfect to set us up for a great day at Monet's home and garden, just a few minutes away.
