This place has some history and has been very nicely converted and tastefully modernised. Our hosts were ever so helpful and Craig cooked up an exceptional breakfast which included fresh eggs from the hen clucking around the garden.
Once the car is tucked away in the private gated parking yard, there is no need for it until you leave town, as the inner harbour is a short walk away.
The two street side rooms are no longer used by guests so it should now be quiet for all guests. Our room was comfortable.
Amanda helped us out with restaurant options and that was appreciated as there are some ordinary establishments in this popular tourist town.
Look no further for somewhere to stay in Honfleur.

We were delighted to have discovered this property in Honfleur. It is the perfect location to be able to walk into town and not worry about finding parking in the very busy town center. My husband and I stayed with our 3 year old in the cottage, a stand alone building with a lovely patio available for relaxing or eating. My husband and I slept on the double bed upstairs in the loft, and our daughter had a pull-out sofa downstairs. We really appreciated that the cottage had a small kitchen, fridge, etc. Breakfast was included and excellent - yogurts, breads, juice, coffee and the host even made a cheesecake which was delicious. We opted to take breakfast in the cottage. Unfortunately it was raining in the morning, so we wish we had opted to take breakfast in the main room - the table inside the cottage only allowed for 2 people to sit down together at a time. There are also 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter so we made do, but this was a small thing and did not damper our stay in anyway. One other thing to note, our small child was very amused running up and down the open loft stairs in the cottage to drop her stuffed animals over the edge, but it made us, the parents, a bit nervous. If you have small children and they are on the active side but you dream of relaxation, this may be a small consideration. Even so, if I return to Honfleur, this is where I'd stay again without hesitation. The owners are great, help you find parking, are accessible and take pride in their business. The cottage was clean, modern and far better than staying in any hotel.

So thrilled to have found this great B and B in the side streets of Honfleur!! Few minutes walk from the centre of the town, we couldn't believe our luck!!! We have been to Honfleur on many occasions, as a quick stop, on the way to our French House in Normandy, but never stopped over!!! The rooms in what used to be old stables, had a real Wow factor, and we had the added bonus, of a shared Lounge, kitchen area, with one other room, which we had not expected!! Fab if you were staying a few days, or the 2 rooms together, if you had 2 kids, would be great!!!! There were a couple of things we had forgot, and nothing was too much trouble for the owners!! The breakfast was in their kitchen, which was lovely, overlooking the garden, where we watched their white German shepherd puppy happily chasing the chickens around!!!it was a great informal chatty atmosphere over breakfast, and we will very happily recommend it as a great place to stay in Honfleur!!

I have just returned from a delightful break in at Le Fond de la Cour in Honfleur. My fiance and I stayed in the Cottage, which is located at the back of the property. It exceeded our expectations. It was totally spotless, beautifully furnished and fully equiped with everything you needed for a stress free break. The breakfast was everything we could of wished for in France, on our short trip. Freshly baked bread and crossiants, delicious cheeses and yummy scrambled eggs with salmon. The hosts Amanda and her husband, are extremely helpful and go out of their way to assist you. The property is centrally located within walking distance to the lovely port of Honfleur. A top rated placed to stay, will definately return.

We had a wonderful stay here in this cute B&B and beautiful town. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more than we could ask for, including eggs cooked to order, and private parking around the corner was available. My little boy loved Louie (the dog) and the chickens. We wish we could have stayed for more than one night. Such a lovely location.

We stayed here two nights in mid March. The weather was a bit cold, but staying at Le Fond de la Cour made our Honfleur experience a lot warmer. Spacious modern rooms with comfortable beds for a good price. The home made breakfast was delicious and could either be served in the lovely greenhouse or delivered to the room. 2 mins walk to town centre with restaurants and museums.

Excellent service from the lovely owners and we also fell in love with their cuddly dog. The only negative thing about this place was that we didn't have time to stay longer!
