“Great sight, a pity we missed the tower. Street great for shopping”
Reviewed 1 October 2013

A very interesting clock, we missed the tower by a few minutes on a Sunday night (last admission at 6pm) and was closed on the Monday along with many things. The street was very good for shopping.

“A must see in Rouen”
Reviewed 30 September 2013

Beautiful clock which is a must see in Rouen. The Streets are cobbled in this part of town so be warned if you're in a wheelchair. Lots of nice shops to visit round and about.

“Lots of shops for the fashionistas!”
Reviewed 29 September 2013

Lots of clothes shops and plenty of places to sit and eat and watch the world go by over a coffee. The whole street is very compact. It was a shame that the clock was only open at weekends when we were there, so we weren't able to go up inside.

“If you are walking around Rouen you can't miss this!”
Reviewed 28 September 2013

This amazing old clock and the arch it is displayed on are a major tourist attraction in Rouen. Fairly close to the Cathedral, don't miss it!

“You might miss this if not looking for it...and that would be a shame!”
Reviewed 18 September 2013

In the middle of town, bridged across Norman Road, stands this Gros Horloge- a beautiful clock. Amazing details in the carvings , on both sides. We did not get a chance to hike up into the tower, but for a few Euro it is worth doing, for a spectacular view of Rouen, we were told.
There is a cafe below it, and it is a great spot to sit and people watch while enjoying refreshments .
