We ate here on our second night in Saumur. The service was good and the dining room nicely appointed. The rabbit starter was under seasoned and lacked flavour until we added some salt and pepper to it. My wife had the fish dish of the day which was served on a bed of creamy risotto. Not a nice combination or to my wifes taste. I hade a pork loin covered in crust. It was large even for me, and I failed to eat it all. The wine was very good and with coffee to finish the total bill was just over 100 euros.
