There are various tours during the day, in different languages. Irine is the best tour guide I have ever seen, she was absolutley lovely, pleasant, knowledgable and polite. Our tour was informative and filled with fascinating history. There are exhibits and demonstrations throughout the tour. After your exploration of the Martell house, you’ll enjoy a tasting of the cognacs. You’ll be sure to buy a few bottles!
Fantastic guided tour in English by Celia. Really enthusiastic and informative and a tasting session to round it off. Superb quality at a great price for a tour lasting over an hour.

We booked an English language tour in advance and we recommend you email in advance and arrange this. The tour was excellent. The plant is now not operating but has been left to allow inspections. It is interesting but it is a little disappointing that the plant is not operating. There is a demonstration still. The tour finishes with a small tasting.
